• Digital game assets

Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person may only create one account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Selling Guidelines

• You must own or have legal right to sell the items you list
• All listings must include accurate descriptions and images
• You must deliver items as described within reasonable time
• You are responsible for ensuring your items comply with game Terms of Service

Buying Guidelines

• Review listings carefully before purchasing
• Communicate with sellers through our messaging system
• Report any issues or disputes promptly
• Understand that digital items may carry risks

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GamesBazaar:

• Selling stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Selling items that violate game publishers' terms
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Impersonating other users or entities

• Wallet top-ups are processed manually and verified by our team
• Platform fees may apply to transactions
• Refunds are handled according to our dispute resolution process
• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers:

• Try to resolve issues directly through our messaging system
• If unresolved, escalate to our support team
• We will investigate and make fair decisions based on evidence
• Our decisions on disputes are final

We are not liable for:

• Actions taken by game publishers against accounts
• Loss of digital items or account access
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Technical issues or platform downtime

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
